Alejandra joined Tenant Law Group in July 2024 as a Client Intake Specialist. She is often the first point of contact for prospective new clients, greeting them, explaining the firm’s intake process, and coordinating the first step in legal representation. In addition to this role, Alejandra also serves as the firm’s Client Happiness Coordinator, acting as the central point of contact for clients throughout their cases, ensuring proactive support, clear communication, and an excellent overall client experience.

In her current role Alejandra leverages her extensive customer service experience across various industries. Before joining Tenant Law Group, she thrived in roles at Foundever, a global customer service provider. There, she provided comprehensive support to Metlife auto and home clients, then transitioned to assisting clients in different dental offices as a Providers Operations Guardian. Her prior experience also includes client retention for AT&T at Concentrix and technical support and customer service at Dish.

Highly motivated and detail-oriented, Alejandra is committed to exceeding expectations. She believes in lifelong learning and continuously strives to improve both personally and professionally.

Outside work, Alejandra enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, having brunches, and watching Disney movies. A passionate animal lover, Alejandra cares for her three dogs and volunteers her time to help homeless dogs. She also enjoys relaxing on the beach with her aunt and trying street food.

Alejandra speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
