Andrea joined Tenant Law Group in April 2024 as a Client Onboarding Specialist, where she was responsible for collecting and organizing essential documents to help the Client Intake & Engagement Team assess prospective clients’ tenant rights matters. She now serves as the firm’s Settlement & Collections Coordinator.  Andrea plays a key role in helping the firm resolve cases efficiently and ensuring clients receive the compensation they are entitled to.

Andrea brings a unique combination of education and experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. Additionally, she is a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Foundation Professional through CertiProf.

Prior to joining Tenant Law Group, Andrea honed her skills in project management, auditing, accounting, and internal controls through various accounting roles, including those with international companies. Notably, her experience includes Bargallo, Cargoso y Asociados, S.C., a prominent public accounting firm specializing in auditing, tax, accounting, and business advisory services, and Bi Worldwide Mexico S.A. de C.V., a global performance improvement agency specializing in employee engagement programs.

Andrea chases dreams big and small, never letting go. She’s organized, tackles problems fast, and adapts to anything. Add in clear communication and you’ve got a reliable teammate!

Outside work, her favorite activity is indoor cycling. She also enjoys exploring new activities and has a passion for cooking. Currently, she’s returning to practicing yoga.

Andrea speaks native Spanish, fluent English, and some French.
