Carlos joined Tenant Law Group in April 2023 as Digital Media Specialist and was later promoted to Marketing Specialist, where he managed the firm’s marketing channels and developed strategies to reach tenants in need of legal services. He is now a Case Management Assistant, serving as a first point of contact for client inquiries, providing regular status updates, and working closely with Attorneys and Paralegals to deliver essential administrative support. Carlos is dedicated to ensuring clients have a positive experience and that their cases move efficiently toward resolution.

Carlos received a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Universidad Victoria in Mexico City, Mexico in 2017, focusing on audio-visual and motion graphics design. He has also taken courses in basic and financial economics, as well as matte painting, audiovisual editing, audiovisual production, color grading, illumination, 3D modeling, character design, and furniture design.

Carlos holds Microsoft Office Certifications in PowerPoint and Excel. He has experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Fusion 360, and Cinema 4D.

Carlos has extensive branding and social media design experience. Before joining Tenant Law Group, he worked in human resources and internal communications at one of the largest retail handcraft companies in Mexico, designing graphics and videos to help company personnel understand the different internal processes in stores throughout the company.

Carlos enjoys learning and is passionate about three-dimensional design (e.g., as furniture, characters, and 3D printing). Determined and resourceful, he enjoys working as part of a team.

In addition to his native Spanish, Carlos speaks English.
