Carlos joined Tenant Law Group in June 2023 as Client Engagement Specialist. He works closely with other Client Intake & Engagement Team members to onboard new clients. He meets with prospective clients for free case evaluations and helps prospective clients determine which type of service is best suited to help address their legal issues. He also collects and reviews evidence and other information and liaises between the Client Intake & Engagement Team and the Legal Team.

Carlos studied industrial engineering at the Universidad Dr. José Matias Delgado in El Salvador. He has also taken Microsoft Office Certifications in Excel. He has spent most of his professional career in customer service and administrative support in both English- and Spanish-speaking environments. He strongly believes in teamwork and focuses on client satisfaction.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Carlos worked as a Change Management Leader at one of the largest global digital business services companies, where he was part of the leadership team in charge of client operations helping managers to develop high-performance teams

Highly analytical and enthusiastic, Carlos does his best to excel in every aspect of his life. In his spare time, he loves spending quality time with friends and family, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling.

Fully bilingual, Carlos speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
