Cheryl A. Sanders
Cheryl first joined Tenant Law Group in February 2022 as a Senior Paralegal. She is responsible for drafting litigation documents; interfacing with Tenant Law Group’s expert witnesses; coordinating with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other lienholders; and, generally, providing paraprofessional support to Attorney Paul M. Collins, Esq.
Cheryl received an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from the Southern California College of Business and Law, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Textual Studies from Syracuse University, and a Master of Legal Studies from The University of Arizona. She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Cheryl has eleven years of paralegal experience managing litigation cases from inception to close. Before joining Tenant Law Group, Cheryl worked as the Real Property Manager at the Eastern Municipal Water District, the sixth largest retail water agency in the State of California. In this position, Cheryl planned, organized, and managed the activities, staff, and consultants of the Real Property Division. Before that, she worked for the City of Anaheim as a Real Property Analyst, where she was responsible for acquiring and disposing of real property on behalf of the Utilities Department.
When not working, Cheryl enjoys weekend adventures with her family such as dirt biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and discovering new skateboarding parks.
