Dana M. Reich
Lead Paralegal
Dana has been part of the Tenant Law Group team since the firm was founded in January 2016. She has grown alongside the firm, advancing from Legal Assistant to Lead Paralegal. In her current role, she trains, guides, and mentors her fellow Paralegals while also collaborating closely with the firm’s attorneys to pursue affirmative claims against landlords who violate tenant rights.
Dana earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from SUNY Stony Brook, as well as a paralegal certificate from Fullerton College.
Before joining Tenant Law Group, Dana spent a number of years working in varying roles in a law firm setting, including working in a law library at O’Melveny and Myers, assisting with legal marketing for an international law firm marketing company, and acting as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal in civil litigation law firms.
On the weekends, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband and three young sons, visiting with friends, and enjoying nature.
