Frank Chica is Of Counsel to Tenant Law Group. He is a partner and founder of FGC Law, P.C., a practice built on the belief that everyday people deserve strong, dedicated legal representation—especially when facing negligent landlords or unfair treatment at work. 

Frank earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School and completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Los Angeles, where he served as President of the Mock Trial Society. Even early in his journey, Frank knew he wanted to stand up for those whose voices often go unheard.  

Frank has focused his practice on tenant habitability and employment law. He has helped countless clients fight back against unlivable housing conditions and workplace injustice.  

Clients appreciate Frank’s honest, hands-on approach and his willingness to go the distance for them. He takes pride in making sure his clients feel heard, protected, and empowered—both inside and outside the courtroom. 

Outside of work, Frank enjoys hiking, spending time with his family, and supporting his Los Angeles sports teams.  

As a lifelong Angeleno, Frank is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
