Gabriela Rivera

Gabriela joined Tenant Law Group in July 2024 as a Case Manager. She is the first point of contact for clients with questions about their cases, provides regular status updates to firm clients, and works closely with Attorney Ryan M. Herrera and Paralegal Nichelle R. Franceschi to ensure that client matters are resolved as quickly as possible. Her goal is to ensure clients have a great experience and that their cases get prosecuted and resolved as quickly as possible.

Gabriela holds a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado in El Salvador and has a postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from ISEADE-FEPADE in El Salvador. Certifications in Modern Management, SPSS, and Microsoft Office further bolster her analytical thinking and client-facing skills.

Before Joining Tenant Law Group, Gabriela refined her diverse skillset at Teleperformance, a global digital business services company. Throughout her career progression, she mastered financial management, project coordination, and client service in different positions ranging from Customer Service Executive to regional Bid Manager.

Outside of work, Gabriela enjoys outdoors activities such as hiking and mountain biking, and to practice aerial silks.

Gabriela speaks native Spanish, and fluent English.
