Ian joined Tenant Law Group in July   2025. His practice focuses on helping tenants recover monetary damages following egregious landlord behavior, guiding clients from the early stages of their case through the resolution via settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial if needed. 

Ian earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served as President of the King Hall Negotiations Team. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from UC Davis. He has been licensed to practice law since 2019. 

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Ian practiced at several firms in Santa Barbara, handling complex civil litigation matters, including commercial real estate disputes and breach of contract cases. He also supported institutional clients such as the Regents of the University of California as a litigation contractor.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys going on walks with his dogs, Uni and Cali, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and Sacramento Kings.
