Iris joined Tenant Law Group in April 2025 as a Case Management Assistant. She is the first point of contact for client inquiries, provides regular status updates to clients, and works closely with Attorneys and Paralegals by providing essential administrative support. Her goal is to ensure clients have a great experience and that their cases get prosecuted and resolved as quickly as possible.

Iris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University in San Salvador, El Salvador. She brings a strong background in technical support and customer service from the technology sector, where she developed a client-centered, solutions-oriented approach.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Iris worked at Microsoft, providing sales and technical support for products such as Windows and Microsoft Office. She also worked at Google, where she supported customers in various roles, including Data Migration Specialist, Chrome Deployment Specialist, and Partner Onboarding Specialist. In addition to her professional experience, Iris volunteered as an English mentor with Glasswing International, where she helped students develop their language skills and confidence.

Outside of work, Iris enjoys reading, home renovation projects, dog training, cooking, and traveling.

Iris is fluent in English and Spanish and has working proficiency in Portuguese.
