Jaime joined Tenant Law Group in August 2023. He worked as a Client Onboarding Specialist before being promoted to Systems Specialist. He is responsible for safeguarding the firm’s data through cybersecurity protocols, backups, and troubleshooting, while also supporting team members and contributing to improve the experience for clients and prospective new clients through technology.

Jaime holds a degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, underscoring his dedication to academic achievement and commitment to a well-rounded skill set. His educational background is a solid foundation for his role as a Client Onboarding Specialist, where he leverages his knowledge and troubleshooting skills to understand client needs and address concerns.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Jaime honed his skills in the tech industry, holding significant roles at large companies such as Google and Microsoft. During his tenure at these companies, he helped onboard organizations across diverse sectors, from small startups to large enterprises, educational institutions to non-governmental organizations, and even individual end users.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jaime’s true joy lies in helping others. He’s a people person through and through, always ready to lend a hand and make a positive impact. Outside the office, you’ll likely find him indulging his passion for reading, playing the guitar, or planning his next exciting travel adventure.

Jaime is a native speaker of both English and Spanish and has a limited working proficiency of French.
