Juan first joined Tenant Law Group in July 2020 as Case Manager and rejoined Tenant Law Group in June 2022 as the firm’s IT Project Manager & Web Developer. He is responsible for optimizing Tenant Law Group’s customer relationship management software and overseeing other information technology projects such as implementing new software, integrating systems, streamlining existing processes and procedures through automations, and exploring other ways to improve the experience for clients and prospective new clients through technology. He is an accomplished IT Project Manager with over 7 years of progressive experience driving digital transformation, software development, and cloud solutions across global organizations. Currently leading projects at Tenant Law Group, PC, Juan leverages Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to deliver efficient, user-centered legal tech solutions.

Before his current role, he held multiple technical positions at Huawei, including Cloud Delivery Engineer and Front-End Engineer, where he contributed to cloud services infrastructure and user interface development. His international experience includes serving as Regional Impact Coordinator for the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation in New York, further showcasing his global perspective and leadership in socially impactful projects. Juan began his career in technology through internships and junior roles at IBM and Build-IT, where he honed his skills in cloud computing, blockchain, and application development.

He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) and has completed the Entrepreneurial Training Summer Program at UC Berkeley, enriching his skillset with innovation and startup principles. Certified in Scrum Master (SMC), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, HCIA Cloud Service, and multiple IBM developer programs, Juan brings a robust technical foundation, agile mindset, and commitment to lifelong learning to every project he leads.

Passionate about learning, Juan is hardworking and firmly believes in aiming for perfection at everything he does. He enjoys playing the piano, exercising, traveling, and spending time with his family. Juan speaks native Spanish and fluent English. He is currently learning Portuguese.
