Karen joined Tenant Law Group in June 2024. She is the first point of contact for client inquiries, provides regular status updates to clients, and works closely with Attorneys, and Paralegals by providing essential administrative support. Her goal is to ensure clients have a great experience and that their cases get prosecuted and resolved as quickly as possible.

Karen brings a unique blend of communication and data expertise to the team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication and Advertising from Universidad Tecnologica Centroamericana in Honduras. Currently, she’s pursuing a master’s degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence from ENEB in Spain. Certifications in Inbound Marketing (HubSpot), Storytelling (Veritas), and Community Management (Facebook Blueprint) further bolster her client-facing skills.<br><br>

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Karen refined her content creation, coordination, and organization skills at Grupo K, a major Honduran corporation spanning food, energy, retail, and real estate sectors. As Content Administrator and Digital Projects Coordinator, she managed social media content for eleven of their brands. Previously, as Digital Coordinator at Premper, she oversaw the entire digital department.<br><br>

Outside of work, Karen enjoys indulging in her passion for photography especially food and product photography, hiking, and traveling.<br><br>

Karen speaks native Spanish, fluent English and a little German.<br><br>
