Kimya joined Tenant Law Group in October 2025 as a Pre-Litigation Attorney. She is dedicated to advocating for tenants facing unfair treatment by their landlords and plays an essential role in protecting the rights of renters throughout California.

Kimya is a dual-qualified attorney, admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2017 after completing her training contract at a respected law firm in Notting Hill Gate, London. She holds a joint honors degree in Law and Business from Kingston University, London.

Prior to joining Tenant Law Group, Kimya worked at several law firms in Orange County, California, where she gained significant experience across various legal disciplines within the U.S. legal system. Her work has focused heavily on property-related matters, including successfully defending tenants in eviction actions and assisting vulnerable individuals in securing safe and stable housing.

Kimya is a native speaker of English and Farsi and speaks fluent Spanish, having attended high school in Marbella, Spain.

When she’s not practicing law, Kimya enjoys painting, spending time with her family, swimming in the ocean, and practicing—and teaching—yoga and meditation.
