Mauricio joined Tenant Law Group in June 2024. He worked as a Client Intake Specialist before his promotion to Client Engagement Specialist. He works closely with other Client Intake & Engagement Team members to onboard new clients. He meets with prospective clients for free case evaluations and helps prospective clients determine which type of service is best suited to help address their legal issues. He also collects and reviews evidence and other information and liaises between the Client Intake & Engagement Team and the Legal Team.

Mauricio brings a background in project management and a passion for customer service to the firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Historical Anthropology from Universidad Veracruzana in Xalapa, Mexico.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Mauricio worked as Assistant Community Manager for Associa Hill Country in Texas, where he honed his customer service and account management skills. Prior to that, he served as an Estimation Coordinator at McGill Restoration, a commercial restoration company in Nebraska where he developed his research and project management expertise.

Outside of work, his favorite activities are swimming and practicing aerial arts (silk, hoop and trapeze). He also enjoys exploring new activities like hiking or camping and loves spending time with his dog while watching sports.

Fully bilingual, Mauricio speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
