Melissa joined Tenant Law Group in March 2020 as a Legal Assistant and currently works as a Paralegal. She collaborates closely with the firm’s attorneys to pursue affirmative claims against landlords who violate tenant rights.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s engineering in Computer Science from Universidad Latinoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.

Leveraging her extensive background in customer service and account management within the technology sector, Melissa brings a solution-oriented approach to her work. Prior to joining Tenant Law Group, she worked as an account manager at a technology company specializing in wireless network and mobile device management products.

Melissa enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and languages, playing the piano, and listening to music. Fully trilingual, she speaks native Dutch, English, and Spanish; has a working knowledge of German; and has achieved the N5 level of proficiency in Japanese.
