He brings more than thirty years in real estate development, syndications, and subdivisions across Sonoma County, California. His work has spanned the full arc of a project: assembling and maintaining investor relationships, navigating entitlement and permitting, subdividing land, and carrying developments through construction and the sale or lease of completed units. That range gives him a practical view of how capital, regulation, and execution actually interact rather than how they are supposed to on paper.

At TLG, he counsels leadership on business decisions informed by general management, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship, and serves as a sounding board on firm culture, personnel dynamics, and competitive positioning. He is known for direct counsel, close attention to detail, and a long track record of getting complicated deals across the finish line.
