Nicole joined Tenant Law Group in June 2019 as the firm’s Professional Legal Administrator and is now the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations, reporting, billing, and human resources; working with management to achieve the firm’s goals; and ensuring efficient and effective daily operations. Nicole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience with Molecular Emphasis from Dominican University of California in San Rafael.

Nicole brings a wealth of experience managing professional service businesses to her role as COO. Prior to joining Tenant Law Group, Nicole spent over fifteen years as a medical assistant, assistant manager, medical administrator, and practice manager at two Bay Area medical offices. She was also the Director of Customer Experience at an on-demand beverage delivery company, managing a virtual team spread throughout the United States.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends. Influenced by her parents’ work ethic, Nicole learned very early on that hard work will open up doors.

In addition to English, Nicole speaks Armenian, Italian, and Spanish.
