What Is Contingency Representation?
At Tenant Law Group, we represent most clients on a contingency fee basis. That means you pay nothing upfront, and we earn a fee when we settle your case.
However, not every case qualifies for contingency representation. To be eligible, your case must meet specific criteria, including strong evidence, substantial potential damages, and alignment with our mission of fighting for tenant justice.
We carefully evaluate each potential case to determine whether contingency representation is the right path forward. If so, we’ll provide you with a Legal Services Agreement setting forth all terms of the contingency representation. If not, we’ll still do our best to guide you toward helpful legal resources or referrals that can help address the legal issue you contacted us about.
This is what you can expect from intake to onboarding.
