Richard L. Daniels, Esq.

Richard “Rich” L. Daniels joined Tenant Law Group in December 2024. With over two decades of experience in corporate development, strategic advisory, and legal operations, Rich is adept at optimizing business performance and mitigating risk. As Managing Attorney & General Counsel, he focuses primarily on leading the Legal Team, crafting strategic legal plans to secure optimal outcomes for clients. He is also committed to ensuring the firm maintains the highest ethical standards and operational efficiency.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Rich provided fractional general counsel and strategic advisory services through his firm, Intrepid Legal, Inc. Prior to his time at Intrepid Legal, he served as General Counsel and Executive Corporate Development Leader for a diverse range of companies on matters such as contract negotiation, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and labor and employment law. Prior to his corporate roles, Rich honed his legal skills at several law firms in southern California. 

Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University, a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, Connecticut and Florida.

Outside of work, Rich is very active, playing golf, road biking, skiing and working out. He also enjoys spending time with his three grown sons.
