Richie joined Tenant Law Group in September 2023 and served as a Client Engagement Specialist before being promoted to Lead Client Engagement Specialist. As team lead, Richie oversees the smooth operations of the client onboarding process. Richie also conducts free case evaluations for prospective clients, helping them determine which type of service is best suited to address their legal issues. Additionally, he collects and reviews evidence and other information, acting as a liaison between the Growth Team and the Legal Team.

Richie brings over ten years of experience in operations, sales, and marketing to Tenant Law Group. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies cum laude from Biola University, he spent over eight years working as operations lead for a company that produces live events for political and corporate organizations. He was involved in production, business development, and marketing, and, during his tenure, traveled to forty-six states.

Before joining Tenant Law Group, Richie worked in Account Operations for Presto (formerly E la Carte) in Redwood City, California; as a National Account Executive for Sysco LABS in Redwood Shores, California (where he was recognized as 2016 Sales Champion of the Year); and as Senior Account Executive at Samsara in San Francisco (where he received the FY20 Q4 Director Breakout Award for Outstanding Achievement).

Most recently, Richie worked as Director of Operations and Chief of Staff for Pickett Real Estate Group in San Mateo, where he managed workflows around contact management, team branding, coordinating open houses/special events, and cultivating business strategies for a top 1% producing Team. Additionally, he developed and executed the company’s marketing strategy.

Richie’s skills include process development, building accounts, and listening. His goal at Tenant Law Group is to help serve those suffering from habitability issues.

Richie loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He is a lifelong San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, and San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoys traveling, camping, garage sale treasure hunting.
