Valeria joined Tenant Law Group in March 2023 and progressed through several roles, including Client Intake Specialist, Lead Client Intake Specialist, and Lead Client Intake & Onboarding Specialist. She was promoted in 2024 and currently serves as a Case Management Assistant. In this role, Valeria is the first point of contact for client inquiries, provides regular status updates, and works closely with Attorneys and Paralegals by offering essential administrative support. Her goal is to ensure clients have a great experience and that their cases are prosecuted and resolved as efficiently as possible.

Valeria received a bachelor’s degree in Architecture in June 2022 from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, San Nicolás, México, where she studied Administration, Urbanism, and Project Design.  She graduated with high honors, obtaining a 4.0 grade point average.  She has participated in and won local, state, and national architecture competitions—all focused on strengthening marginalized communities.

Most of Valeria’s professional experience involves international customer service, administration, construction, and government.  She is also passionate about design and loves digital and traditional visual art.  Before joining Tenant Law Group, Valeria conducted several personal architectural residential projects.  She is currently studying Geographic Information Systems, Child-friendly Urban Design, Constitutional Law, and 3D Design Software.

Valeria’s goal is to make the world a better place.  Outside of work, she loves photography, literature, writing, music, nature, wildlife, and traveling.  She aspires to continue learning, meeting new people, and helping those in need.

In addition to her native Spanish, Valeria speaks English, French, and Mandarin Chinese.  She is also studying German.
